1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available for online training courses purchased directly from Diversify Edu Limited.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the training course must not have been accessed, downloaded, or significantly used. If more than 20% of the course has been completed, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@diversifytraining.com with your order details, including:
- Your full name
- Purchase date
- Training course name
- Reason for requesting a refund
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Exceptions to Refunds
- Non-refundable items: Customized or personalized training materials, face-to-face courses, and private sessions are non-refundable.
- Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the course, please reach out to us at support@diversifytraining.com. Refunds may be issued in the case of unresolved technical problems.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partially used periods.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Diversify Edu Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
